Catalan culture is one of friendliness, often shared over a good meal and a glass of wine.

The flavours of our cuisine are strong in character and rich in colour. Often simple in their conception these dishes emphasise above all the produce of our region : fish from the Mediterranean, Veal from the Pyrenees, Lamb from Catalan country (Xai) and of course vegetables and fruit. This diversity is also repeated in Roussillon wines offering  a marvellous tour from the charms of the Vins de Pays to the structure and generosity of the Côtes du Roussillon Villages, fresh and floral whites to delicious roses, not to mention the Vin Doux Naturel wines : a memorable palette of colour and taste.

What an abundance from which to produce well balanced feasts. Here we can give you only a few ideas the rest is a matter of personal taste ...and inspiration!
